The total cost of the project began at $14 million. As of November 2024, we have completed $3.5 million worth of work, which includes architects, blueprrints, engineers, demolition, brick laying, foundation for all flooring, materials and labor, gymnasium and indoor track.

As of November 2024, we have $10.4 million of remaining work to be completed. Here's what remains, its costs, and our projections for completion.
Kitchen
Construction for the kitchen will include all foundational work within the etablished layout. The projected cost is $200,000.
Rooftop Gym
Since the main gym will also be used for additional space for events, meetings, and multipurposes, the second gym allows for youth to still have a place to convene under adult supervision when the main gym is occupied. This portion of the project is projected at $700,000.
Furnishings & Additional Building
Work in this category includes all additional walls and roofing ($1,000,000), internal walls ($400,000), floor finishing ($400,000), windows ($300,000), stairs ($300,000), all finishings and work fixtures ($500,000), all steel work ($2,000,000), and banquet furniture (fixtures) ($350,000).
Systems
Various imperitive systems will be established, as follows; plumbling ($700,000), electrical ($800,000), heating and air conditional ($1,000,000), sprinkler system ($800,000), elevator ($250,000), low voltage ($250,000), and security ($450,000).
